Deadlines for any published lists will be issued later.
Please try to make your event(s) as accessible to all. But there may be events that unsuitable for some through health and safety reasons.

This information will be shared with the other members of the organising Committee and will be stored on computer. Please indicate if you do not wish parts of the information to be made public on our website and leaflets. We will try to protect your e-mail addresses from spam-robots.
