Try it yourself.

Try these experiments for yourself and see what the results are.

Set aside some time to give these tests a proper try; if you try to do this whilst eating a meal and watching the T.V at the same time the results will not be so useful.

1) Sit down quietly and make a list of all the things that make you stressed.

2) Then make a list of the ways that you try to reduce stress in your life.

3) Sit quietly, without interuptions, close your eyes if you like, and count your breaths. See how may you can count before you become distracted or lose count. When you lose count start again. Try this for ten or fifteen minutes.
